Crash continuing a highway & clicking into empty space

Action: generate a new highway/footpath. Error happened at the second click. first click: start a new highway, connected to an existing highway. 2nd click in an empty area

Sorry, Can't reproduce. Please retry and make description more precise. Maybe a special dataset is required for that to work?

i am unable to reproduce in version 2196 => suggest to close this bug report
