validator: bring back "reused segments"

In history I found that often multiple ways were laying on top of each other, with different highway and other classification. The validator-plugin's "reused segments" was a good help to find them.

So even though segments don't exist anymore, please bring back a function that displays ways sharing same nodes.

The validator plugin already kinda had that feature. You'd just have had to erase your preferences for it to be shown.

I've fixed that bug in the validator, so you just need to get the new version, check the pref dialog for 'Overlapping ways', hit OK, and it should work.
