Cannot select multiple relations and apply some preset to them

Description

I wanted to select many relations (which were missing the type=multipolygon tag) and fix them by applying appropriate preset. However, this was not possible, as I was unable to select more than one relation.

It should be possible to select more than one relation in the list and apply some preset to all the selected relations at once.
