Speed presets are to high, I think the following changes would reflect more usual driving speed:

living_street 30 -> 15
motorway_link 120 -> 80-90
path 40 -> 20
pedestrian 30 -> 15
primary 100 -> 70
primary_link 100 -> 60
road 100 -> 45
steps 10 - usually you can't drive on steps so why is a speed defined?
track 50 -> 40
trunk_link 120 -> 80-90

this would reflect the situation in Germany
