[PATCH] "open" dialog now filters "OSM server files" first when 99% people use it for GPX files

Description

Now, when we call the "open" file dialog, it uses the filter "OSM server files" when most of people use it for GPX files.
Either comeback to no filter first, or save the last filter choice, or use the GPX as first filter.

I would also support the removal of this mis-feature. The user who reqested this filtering seems to to use GPX-files very ofter.

I vote for the second - "save the last filter choice". Not everyone uses GPX files.

I agree, this is annoying.
The patch adds a default filter "All Formats" that shows gpx, osm, nmea, ... but excludes images and everything else.
