Error nach "Strg-O"

ich starte das Programm, drücke Strg-O und es kommt diese Meldung. Java ist laut Java-Webseite auf dem neuesten Stand (Version 6 Update 15).

Egal welche Version, ob 1788 oder 1979, aus Web oder von Platte gestartet. auch via "C:\WINNT\system32\java.exe -jar -Xmx512M "C:\PATH-TO-JOSM\josm-latest.jar"

Welche Einstellungen sind falsch??????
