Description
There should be the same warning message like for oneway when changing direction of waterways. IMHO the _default_ for the warning window should not be to change the direction of the oneway or waterway but keep it as it is, as it is normally the only reason why you change the direction to correct the wrong way of a oneway/waterway.

oneway usually isn't applied to waterways and there isn't a tag with a similar meaning used in the context of waterways. waterway is used with several values, both on nodes and ways.
If one reverses a waterway=weir it doesn't make sense to pop up a warning dialog. I suggest to display a warning for the following key/value-pairs only:
- waterway=stream
- waterway=river
- waterway=canal
- waterway=drain
In contrast to oneway only a warning is required. There are no tags to be corrected when a waterway is reversed.
Agree?

Maybe generate a warning on those tags if the adjacent ways are in the opposite direction.
