Description

Currently the coordinates can be switched only between "decimal degrees" and "degrees minutes seconds".

I use the so called "nautical format", which is degrees minutes and fractions of minutes (e.g. 12°59.999') I request to have this setting also in the JOSM so I must not convert my coordinates with a calculator to the other format (mainly needed when entering POIs measured with my handheld GPS receiver).
