Changes of the rules of members of a relation are not shown in the command stack!

How to replicate:
Open an existing relation
Select a member and edit the rule
Press "Apply"
-> The "Command Stack" is empty
Press the upload button
-> "No changes to upload"

  • Keywords role added; rule removed
  • Priority changed from minor to major
  • Version set to latest

same here. tried to change a role from "" to "inner", closed the dialog with "apply" but nothing happend; the change is neither saved nor can it be uploaded!
