Duplicating relation does not work

Description

When duplicating a relation, a new editor pops up, and changes can be made to the new relation, but when Apply is clicked, it doesn't save the new relation. The command history says that a relation was changed, not created as it should be. There's no trace of the new relation if the data is saved. thus resulting to data loss.
