railway crossing: Bridge over street

Description

Threre is no possibility to locate a railway bridge over a crossing street (for instance). There ist a bridge for streets, but not for railways.

Do you talk about JOSM mappaint? There railways and streets are handled alike and get a blue overlay for bridges.

Make sure you add layer=1

However I don't think this bug is valid. bridge=yes,layer=1 works for all railway bridges I've tagged.
