After upgrading to wmsplugin 16363, all wms entries starting with yahoo: are not present in the WMS menu

Correct. The Yahoo access has changed again. Readd the entries from new defaults. If you do not have new defauls, delete the mirror_sources.cfg in josm's wmsplugin directory.
