Description

The Path of the German Presets are going to the English Description of this one.
But there is German Description.
It would be more useful work with that

Does not reproduce here. Most of the preset links have working german and even french wiki links.

What Operating system are you using? What's your system's language setting? Do you see the german JOSM menus?

In fact some (even most?) of the presets are missing wiki links and thus even the german ones. You can help JOSM development here by supplying a patch for the presets file here:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/trunk/presets/presets.xml

(short in german:) Nochmal auf Deutsch: Bei mir funktioniert der Link zur deutschen Wiki-Seite bei vielen Vorlagen (prüfe beispielsweise mal Straßen->Autobahn). In der Tat fehlen aber noch zahlreiche Wiki-Links in der Vorlagendatei. Du kannst gerne helfen, diese zu vervollständigen.

Quick tests reveal that most entries in the built-in preset offer links to german wiki pages where available. No reply from original poster for more than 6 months. Closing
