GPX marker display via audio setting

Description

In the audio settings there is a control "Nicht Audio-Marken von GPX erzeugen" (in english something like: no audio-markers creation from GPX). If this control is disabled, no markers layer is created, when a GPX file is opened.

If this is the sole purpose of the control, it should not be hidden in the audio settings and should be moved into the display settings.
