Description

Trying to import some forests from UMP project resulted in error 400 from osm servers - "changeset id is missing" on a node. This happened on the attached file. JOSM version 1669

I can't reproduce your issue. Have just uploaded your file successfully.

It was uploaded succesfully with the newest version. The XML data sent didn't contain the <changeset> tag, and I think it was the same problem as in bug #2753
