slippymap chooser swaps coordinates (lat/lon)

Description

When selecting an area on the slippymap latitude and longitude are exchanged. Selecting an area in Europe returns coordinates for africa (so most often no data is downloaded due to bad coverage of osm there). This occured in rev. 1686, in rev. 1684 this works fine.
