Hochlagen zu OSM-API fehlgeschlagen

ResponseCode=400,Error Header=<Cannot parse valid node from xml string <node visible="true" lat="50.28042627494316" Ion="6.713677796813683"/>. Changeset id is missing>,Error Body=<Cannot parse valid node from xml string <node visible="true" lat="50.28042627494316" Ion="6.713677796813683"/>. Changeset id is missing

above mentioned error message is shown, when i try to upload new data (two new streets); a second try to upload shown identical error message with the addition: version=0

i have forgotten to say, that with the same upload there were also some nodes of an existing way moved a little.
