"Add Node..." dialog: wrong focus after showing up

After opening the "Add Node..." dialog the OK button is selected. The first text field (latitude) should be selected instead.

I agree. The latitude and longitude text boxes should also be longer horizontally to accommodate the precision of values returned from other software, such as 52.67192658701854, 1.2861916422844004

When you are at it: I would love to see it accept a trailing degree sign as in 52.67192°.
