Problem with zoom keys

Although I can use "-" to zoom out, "+" (shift and "=") doesn't do anything.
I am using v1607 on Windows XP SP3 and Java 1.6.0-13.

Is there any chance of this being fixed, and it can take ages to zoom into things using "View->Zoom In" all the time please?

Could it also be fixed so that - and + on the numeric keypad also do the same function?

Just to amend this - i found the keyboard shortcuts page, so changed the zoom to Numpad + and - (sorry!).

However, it would be good if both sets of keys could be used to do the same thing - I use JOSM on my laptop, and I don't always have a keyboard plugged in, so it would be nice if i didn't have to keep changing the keyboard shortcuts from + and - to Numpad + and -.

fixed #3269: Plus/minus buttons don't work
Couldn't get '+' to work on a swiss german keyboard (don't know why) but 'numpad +' and 'numpad -' now zoom in and zoom out too
