Provide scrolling drop down menus

Description

I got a 10" notebook and it is a fight to map landusings with JOSM because I have to change the display resolution every time I want to select a template from the menu.

Maybe its easily possible to add scrolling capabilities to the drop down menu.

There's a workaround.

  • get the  tageditor plugin
  • it displays templates ("presets") in a table. You can scroll in the list of presets and search for presets.
