Instruction set empty after failed upload

I had a 412 failure (precondition failed) and after that, the instruction set list was empty. I even do not know why the 412 came from, so there is more than one problem i think... I tried to download all the involved relations, but some of are too big (>1000 members).

That is on purpose, as Undo is no longer possible after partial uploads.
