[(new) PATCH] Improve Potlatch Style Drawing

This is two bugs:

• Sometimes it just stops drawing, for no apparent reason. Might be due to my mis-clicking because of being used to the old style, but will keep an eye on it
• We can improve "continue drawing from node". Whilst in select mode, double clicking (=selecting and clicking again) could simply continue drawing, similar to how drawing is ended while in draw mode.

• Drawing a select-rectangle that selects nothing shouldn't switch to draw mode

This fixes all issues. Remember your "hope this has no side effects" when checking "the double-click check" in? Here you go :)
