Will not be imported into main JOSM. Please make a plugin for this (e.g. like the tcx-plugin).

I've written a patch that would allow adding new file format imports as plugins effortless as part of File Open Dialog. No extra menue entry necessary.

Could you make a plugin adding the TangoGPS as well as ColumbusCSV and TCX (maybe globalsat also)? Probably named "dataimport" or something like that?

I've written a plugin called dataimport and tried to upload it to svn server but without a user account it seems not possible. Who can create such account or shall I put everything into a tar file and attach it to this issue?

Imported into SVN and compiled. Next step would be to included TCX and others into dataimport.
