Relation editor should offer autocompleting of tags; like the property editor

Description
When I edit a relation and add e.g. a 'name' key its value (or any other value) isn't auto-completed when I type it.
The relation editor should support auto-completion for its keys and values like the property editor.

Well, a long awaited feature, isn't it? But check out the recently proposed solution by new plugin, issued in #478. In fact, I consider this one a duplicate and set reference there, so nothing will be hidden by closing this ticket.
