Capitalization of "Edit" line in presets.xml not unique

Description

The lines should either be capitalized or not. Currently there is a mix of both types.

Also the usage of "a" is not unique.

I feared you would do that. Now I need to cleanup the translations or translators will kill me :-)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain ce.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
