start-up with error

Everytime I start JOSM this error message is shown:

A restart of JOSM or of my system does not help.

This is not really helpful.

What plugins do you use? Do you use current version of all plugins?

Does it work without plugins (remove/rename josm config file)?

Had to renew my whole system.
Now the problem has gone.
