JOSM ignores keyboard shortcut setting

With vers. 1042 shortcut setting works wery well.
After update (latest today) JOSM overrides the existing shortcut setting with defaults and ignores my new done settings.
First time seen with 1137 and done a rollback to 1042 to keep the numpad in use.
