Power / source presets

I've generated a preset file for the power=* tags. So I thought it would be nice if the file is merged with the original preset file.

I'm a bit reluctant to add new groups to the menu, as it already is to long. The power items thus have been added to the famous man_made section.

Concerning the source tags: I haven't added them at all. First it added another group, see above. Second a mapper then would need to click the menu twice for any newly created items: First tagging it, then adding the source information. If we want to add this tag, then it could go into each individual dialog. This however would make all presets, even post boxes and the like, a dialog.

Yes, I agree with you. The menu is long enough. But until rev. 1173 I had to add my own presets to the tagging preset sources, and therefor I had to made a new group.
