New wmsplugin - (12417) can only adjust position of one tile, and not whole screen.

Hi,

I quite often reposition lakes and aerodrome runways I've drawn from landsat image, by first tracing them over the image, then repositioning the underlying landsat image by aligning a nearby and obvious road with an uploaded gpx track, and then finally repositioning the runway or lake over the newly aligned landsat image.
I can't do this with the new wmsplugin (version 12417) becaus it keeps the image as individual tiles, and when I try to reposition the image, only one tile (the one under the mouse pointer) moves. Unfortunately, this tile usually doesn't contain the items (runway or lake) I want to move. If I zoom out so it does, the resolution is too coarse, both to see where I need to move the image and in trying to fine control the mouse.

to work around this, I'm using an older version of the wmsplugin (8721), and I'll keep working with that until the new version is fixed.
I'm currently using JOSM V.1137

Fixed in version 12439, thought display of shifted pictures pictures at borders of screen sometimes is no perfect (i.e. they are displayed based on fact if unshifted picture would be visible). But that is only a minor issue. Normally shifting is not large enough to notice this at all :-)
