Wrong parsing of NMEA file

I am using version 1140 (2008-12-16 01:32:49).

I open an NMEA file, and it looks wrong, wrong coordinates, line looks different.

To double check, I convert the file to GPX with GpsBabel and open the GPX file. The GPX file looks right
