Updating disabled plugins not possible

Description

When a plugin gets disabled during boot it is no longer possible to update it.

When the plugin gets selected in Plugin selection it only gets activated, but not downloaded.

Solution:
a) When update is clicked plugins should be updated also when not active.
b) When new plugins are selected, they should be redownloaded when they are outdated.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
