Plugin updater retrieves invalid SVN revision number for validator plugin

Description

With two different JOSM installations I discovered the strange effect that after reloading the latest plugin revision informations JOSM thinks the latest validator plugin has rev 10663 (a revision that is currently non-existent in the SVN). The strange thing is that the plugins wiki page here in trac lists the correct revision 11531. Now on every plugin update JOSM wants to update the validator plugin but the latest version is already installed...

Where does JOSM get the information on the revision 10663?
