Description
After updating to josm 1045 the telephone icon has a transparent background, but black on black is very bad to recognize. Add at last a white border or something else.

Added telephone.png and toilets.png with white instead of transparent background. These should go to images\styles\standard\public

just saw an older complaint with similar topic, but more generic, and an explanation about what's really going on behind the GUI surface of JOSM with regard to icon drawing (see #1576)
attached icons have no alpha channel, so might still get drawn transparent as before; this is closed as a duplicate
