Description (last modified by bastiK)
Since GPS-data has got an offset of the position, it would be quite useful to have the opportunity to translate a layer of GPS-data.
Otherwise it has to be done road by road by hand and this leads to errors.

What do you mean with "Since GPS-data has got an offset of the position".
GPS data has no position offset. GPS errors are randomly distributed.

Replying to anonymous:
GPS errors are not randomly distributed. Within a certain Area at a certain time GPS Errors mostly show a certain offset. Allowing to translate the GPX would help.

If you really must move your gps points, convert to data layer and back, as suggested above.

Replying to Stefku:
As a workaround the GPX-layer could be converted into a data layer, translated, and converted back. It's a bit unhandy but it works.
