It should be "highway=services" but is set to "highway=service"

Why should it be "highway=services"
if you look under ​http://etricceline.de/osm/Germany/En/tagstats_highway%3Dservice.htm
you will see a stat of "Used in total 63783" for germany
and if you look under ​http://etricceline.de/osm/Germany/En/tagstats_highway%3Dservices.htm you will see a stat of "Used in total 77"

highway=service was created in January 2008 and highway=services in August 2008.

I think highway=service is the right.

highway=service is not the same as highway=services. Thought the presets used the wrong one. The original report is correct. (Nevertheless highway=services was a dumb idea, as it is too equal to service).
