comparison of stop names to from/to labels in route relations

Description

When comparing the name of the stop with the from / to tags in the relation
I live in a bilingual country and especially in Brussels comparing a tag with only nl to one that combines French - Dutch doesn't work very well. So I think it's best to compare to all name:* tags.

Also it's probably better to compare case insensitive
