Remove NRW-Atlas imagery source

Description
Currently, we do not seem to have suitable license agreement or permission to use NRW-Atlas, so the imagery sources should be removed.
The situation is not clear cut, but the idea that we can use the old terms regardless, seems like wishful thinking to me.

Leider gab es keine abschließende Aussage mehr von ihm. Ich hab nochmal nachgehakt.
