Should warn when deleting layer imported from overpass

Description
Export any data from https://overpass-turbo.eu/ into a new layer in JOSM
Select the layer and press Delete
JOSM should at least offer to save the data, instead simply deleting the layer.

As long as you don't change anything it should not warn I think. The same happens when you download an area, change nothing and delete the layer. Actually there is the same behavior for all other layer types too.
