Turn restriction validator finds error where there isn't one if from way is oneway=yes but with exceptions

1. Download relation 5877134 and its members
2. Validate

What is the expected result?

No errors

What happens instead?

One error: The "from" way does not start or end at a "via" node.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

The 'from' way of the restriction is tagged as oneway=yes oneway:psv=no. This restriction applies to every vehicle coming up the from way against that direction, i.e. only PSVs.

The relation that you have mentioned has been deleted. I was able to create a turn restriction with "from" way tagged as tagged as oneway=yes oneway:psv=no without any problems
