Description

When rendering tiles using tiles@home software, it would be more easy to fix OSM data if josm would accept the download dialog to support direct entering of tile numbers (x,y coordinates and zoom level).

Added a new panel "Tile numbers" to the download dialog in r979. It isn't exactly pretty but it works. Feel free to improve it...
