Paste as source position should be the default setting.

Description
I am using a lot the cygnus process to add new information on OSM

The behavior that when I paste it shows me the posted items in another position is not useful when I copy roads from one layer and I want to paste in another layer, at the same position.
It may be useful for when you copy and paste a building and you want to put it to the next building, but for working with multiple layers, almost all the time you want the copy paste to happen in the same position.
Another version would be to be able to choose the default setting. You want the default to be paste in place or to be pase in th center of the screen.

Replying to baditaflorin:
"Paste at source position" is not frequently requested or discussed among regular JOSM editors
"Paste under cursor position" is suggested and/or used without questions about it because operating systems work this way with files.

Unbind Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Shift+V, bind Ctrl+V to "Paste as source position"
Not a code issue, conflantaion-related tools are not frequent task as it requires 1. knowledge of JOSM tools 2. data models 3. local knowledge 4. consensus of the local mappers. Peter (ITO) was right when he used massive red banner at mechanical edits page.
Feel free to create Help/Conflantation tools under Help#Workflowexamples. I would like to see mvexel suggestions at JOSM wiki page, not just as his user diary.
