Conflicts block downloading more areas when updating saved file

I have a file with multiple areas downloaded. Now I try to update them (File -> Update data). A conflict in any of these areas will pop up a message box reporting conflicts, which needs to be clicked away before any other changeset is downloaded. These conflicts should be collected and only shown after all areas have been downloaded.
