Text size is too small to be readable

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. start josm on a windows 10 computer with a high resolution monitor and a relative small display (e.g. 12.3 inch, 2736x1824 pixel)

What is the expected result?

The text at the menu should have a size that is large enough to be readable. In the optimal case the settings for text size are taken from the windows 10 settings. But manually choosing the correct size would be ok, too.

What happens instead?

The text is very small and nearly not readable.
