Add posibility to discard tags during duplication (Ctrl+V)

Mostly to drop object-specific info:

1st object
shop=convenience + contact: tags + note= + fixme=

2nd object
shop=convenience (note absence of other information)

Probably it makes sense to enable this feature for shop=* and amenity=* tagged objects, not sure about others.

PS. List of tags should be modified via AS. IMO this setting should be ctrl+v specific (prefixed):

  • ctrlv.tags.to.keep - "shop:*, amenity:*"
  • ctrlv.tags.to.discard - "contact:*, note:, fixme:"
  • ctrlv.values.to.discard - not sure if anyone wants to preserve valueless keys (to select only value from tags/membership), IMO this use case will be infrequent
