Existing tag is silently replaced

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select a node/way with existing wikipedia tag
2. In plugin select some article and use button "Add Wikipedia tag" (back translation from Czech)

What is the expected result?

Plugin will detect existing tag and will ask to confirm replacement. The message should contain old and new tag value.

What happens instead?

Tag is silently replaced. User could by mistake replace existing, correct tag with wrong value.
