Selection/relation list: fall back to fast icons when displaying many items

Description

Due to #7089 and #11968, style/preset icons are loaded for every node/relation in the selection/relation list. After selecting 20k items the selection list takes a few seconds to fetch all the required items.

I propose to load the style/preset icons only when the list is not too long (say 1k).

Shouldn't this be lazy, i.e. only for the items visible in the table?

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
