Localized names of mappaint styles are not updated when changing the language

The mappaint style dialog should display the localized name, which is specified in the style in the meta[lang=de] block. As you can see in the screenshot, while the style "ZeigeID" displays the german name others display the english name, like Layer checker or Maxspeed.
This is always the same regardless if I set the lamguage of JOSM to german or english.

No, same problem with r9060 and (randomly choosen) r7068.
Maybe some kind of caching problem with preference key mappaint.style.entries?

The name is localized if JOSM is set to German when adding the style. The names are not updated when changing the language.
