Searching "Area around places" should allow to center slippy map for further selection

Problem

After using search function in "Areas around places" tab, the only available choice is to download data;
If selected area is very big, this often brings up a "Bad request" popup, with message "The area you tried to download is too big or your request was too large".
In addition, the map stays centered on previous location, so the search function is actually useless.
The User should be also allowed to center the Slippy Map on that location and manually chose a particular spot.

Steps to reproduce:

• In JOSM, recall the Download window
• Go to the Search around places tab
• Enter a place to search, i.e. "Milano"; click Search button
• Select a result, i.e. "Milano, MI, LOM, Italia (city)
• Click Download button (the only option available)

=> Bad request message pops up.

It is possible: after the 4th step, click on "Slippy map" and choose a smaller bounding box.

If you need a large bounding box, use Help/Action/OverpassDownload.

Yup,now that you told me, I recognize it's true!

However, I think that an explicit option would be of great help to he User.
Please feel free to lower his ticket's prio and/or consider it as a request for improvement :)

Please read #15669 for a suggestion to draw the user's attention and for a remark that JOSM says that Brussels' size is OK (obviously not).
