What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. open history browser (ctrl+H)
  2. press F1

What is the expected result?

display https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Action/ObjectHistory

What happens instead?

Displays: "Help content for the help topic /Dialog/HistoryBrowser is not available yet."
