Description

Added the following ellipsoid definitions to JOSM:
airy, mor_airy, aust_SA, helmert, krass, WGS72

Sources: georepository.com, epsg.io

why do want to add these ellipsoids?

Proj4 definitions refers to ellipsoid by name, so this patch makes easier to copy SRS definitions.
If JOSM knows most common ellipsoids, users can simply copy-paste proj4 definitions, without hunting for proper semi-major axis and inverse flattening parameters.

The definition of GRS67 has changed, is it intentional? It causes a unit test failure:

Yes, the new value is correct. Previous seems to me a typo.
